INFORMS Appoints New Director of Meetings, Kyle Jordan

CATONSVILLE, MD, September 16, 2021 – INFORMS has named Kyle Jordan, CAE, CEM, CMP, DES, CMM, as the association’s new director of meetings.

Jordan is known for his expertise as an association strategist and meetings architect. He brings years of experience in the nonprofit sector to INFORMS where he will help guide the meetings department in the development and implementation of meetings and conferences. He will work alongside staff and INFORMS members to select event site locations, negotiate contracts, organize program agendas, and address all the needs associated with INFORMS meetings and events.

“I am thrilled to join the team at INFORMS and I look forward to working together to create innovative approaches to align with INFORMS’ long-term strategy while developing strategies for growth, profitability and the expansion of programs to meet the needs of professionals in our community,” says Jordan. 

Prior to joining INFORMS, Jordan was the vice president of membership and meetings for the National Confectioners Association and spent time leading conferences and meetings for the Financial Planning Association.
